Student's Book
Forty lessons
Progress check after every five lessons to review the language in the preceding teaching lessons and to present new language work relevant to the grammar functions and topics covered so far.
Main grammar or language functions and most useful vocabulary are presented in boxes which allows easy access to the principle language of the lesson.
Each lesson will take about 90 minutes
Topics
Main topics proposed by the Threshold Level are included in reward Intermediate include personal identification, house and home, daily life, leisure activities, travel, relations with other people, health, education, shopping, food and drink, geographical location and the environment.
On many occasions the words presented in the vocabulary box all belong to a particular word field or topic.

Each of these topics covers five lessons of Reward and presents the new structures and vocabulary. The first part of each video section is scripted drama. It shows events in the daily working life of a television crew, Reward TV. The first part introduces, illustrates and contextualises the target language. The second part of each section is a documentary exposing students to a variety of authentic English used in 'real' situations

Provides a variety of photocopiable tasks to ensure full comprehension and exploitation of the video. There are comprehensive teaching notes
CD ROM
Each level has two disks which provide up to 150 hours of learning material through a wide variety of interactive activity types and practice material based on the coursebook.
This easy-to-use CD-ROM gives students tasks such as gap-fill, multiple choice, chart-filling, correcting and editing, matching and word-ordering to work through at their own pace. Each section is automatically marked for them and a running total of each individual student's score is kept.
Through this, students can see where they need to work harder and can set their own programme for further revision.
Each CD-ROM is for individual use, however, network versions are available through your local distributor, or Young Digital Poland who are the software developers of the Reward CD-ROM.
