Anschlagübungen, Tonleitern, Dreiklänge, Kadenzen - ganz ohne geht es nicht, wenn man wirklich gut Klavier spielen möchte. Aber nur wenige Schüler sehen das ein... Dieses Heft stellt wichtige Fingerübungen zusammen und koppelt sie mit Literaturstücken in einem zweiten Heft: Bei jedem Repertoirestück wird angegeben, welche Übungen hierzu nützlich sind. So kann der Schüler die Zusammenhänge einsehen und wird motiviert, auch "trockenes" Pflichtprogramm durchzuarbeiten.
Voraussetzung ist allerdings das passende Literaturheft (mit CD); hilfreich sind auch Englischkenntnisse, denn die Serie stammt aus den USA. Each level contains a Repertoire book with CD and a Technique book, both with convenient page-by-page correlations.
